Abour Me

My name is Angel Reve Robles and I am a qualified TEN Naturopath, masseur and personal trainer.

I am originally from Cuba and have been living in Switzerland for 7 years. I am a proud father of a 7 year old boy and my wife is Italian. I speak Spanish, Italian, German and French.

My academic journey began at the University of my hometown, where I studied Sports Sciences and Agricultural Engineering. Medicine has always played a significant role in my family, so my interest in the health field has always been strong.

When I arrived in Switzerland, I decided to pursue my passion for sport and medicine and completed my training as a Naturopath (NHP) and Personal Trainer.

Alongside this, I achieved my Medical Practical Assistant (MPA) qualification, which was a valuable addition to my career as an NHP.

My professional career has led me to work as an independent naturopath carrying out home visits to my patients, and as a naturopath in an integrative medicine clinic. Furthermore, I work as a medical masseur for the Blue Star Zurich football club.

My commitment to nature as a source of life and as a fundamental element of all healing is a central aspect of my practice. I firmly believe that a healthy diet and exercise are the foundation of our health.
